Marathon Training

Just one of my resolutions, to finish my first marathon in the coming Adidas Sundown.

Bought a Garmin forerunner 310xt to track my distance/HR and progress. Found it to be a superb training aid for those fitness enthusiast. Highly recommended.

Targeted goal : finish under 5 hours under an enjoyable pace.

Equates to 7.14min/km, which should be an easy pace to accomplish.

Indirect goals : get fitter, eat healthier, and ready for work in May 10.

gonna ramp up the mileage progressively soon. Have been a good start to the year running wise, injury free, strain free. Hope to keep it up!
